Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse to the Shop Front, through the sections, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Currently we accept credit card payment from customers in the UK & Ireland as well as the rest of the world through our online shopping system . If you have any enquiries about this please contact us.

We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo, Eurocard and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone,snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery, Shipping & Handling

We deliver your order right away and under normal circumstance's you will receive your order in around 2-4 business days. EU orders will also be sent out within 2-4 business days but the delivery time will vary depending on location and shipping method.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders returned which are not defective may be subject to a £5.00 re-stocking fee.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

On all our EU orders tax of 17.5% VAT is added. If you are in a VAT exempt country (ie outside EU) then you can select the option to be tax exempt when checking out with your order.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. The consumer has the right to a cooling off period during which you may cancel your order for any reason. Simply phone our customer services number or attach a note along with the order and delivery note. You may be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The cost of return is the only charge that may be levied, all other monies will be returned. Where you exercise the right to cancel, you will receive your money back, within 30 days of cancellation.

Complaints

If you have a a problem with any of the goods or service you receive from this website then do not hesitate to contact us. All complaints will be looked at within 3 days and a response sent out to acknowledge your complaints. We will endeavour to resolve any problems in as short a time period as possible and enquiries will be dealt with fairly and kept 100% confidential.

Privacy Policy

Changing Gear do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
